This model has cool exclusive molding colors, so I made use of the molding colors.

Parting line finishing
Making holes I drilled small holes in several places, assuming there would be bolt holes for attaching parts.

Adding Parts
Add metal mono eye The monoeye is changed to a metal part to make it more realistic.
Since the metal monoeye are thick, I removed the mono eye shield and glued the metal monoeye to the axis. I think it turned out cool with a simple work.
A larger lens was glued to a metal frame. The edge of the lens can be exposed without being hidden by the metal frame, so I thought it would be cool to make the lens stand out.
Added attitude control thrusters A metal nozzle was added to simulate an attitude control thruster.
RG SAZABI has many divided panels and a lot of frame exposure. This model is a great completeness without any modifications. So I set the following goals:

Nippers (used to cut parts from the runner) File (I used it to remove gate marks.) Brush (I used it to paint the frame and yellow parts.)
Add washes to Molding color and top coat
At first, I thin the black metallic paint. And I painted the thin paint and wipe off the paint before it dries. Inking to grooves had be done at the same time!
This paint has a realistic gloss after polishing, and even when applied with a brush, it does not show unevenness and gives a beautiful finish.
Add metal mono eye
The monoeye is changed to a metal part to make it more realistic. I cut off the mounting protrusion of the mono-eye from the kit and glue a metal mono-eye on the spot. Easy work !

Gundam Base Tokyo is popular because this store always sells some kind of kit. In addition, there are the model kits that can only be obtained at Gundam Base Tokyo.
This store is located on the 7th floor of Diver City Tokyo Plaza. And Life-sized Unicorn Gundam is next to Diver City Tokyo Plaza. You can visit Gundam Base Tokyo together with the Life-sized Unicorn Gundam.

Around Akihabara Station, there are several model shops that sell Gundam model kits. Below are some of the stores I visit. The stores always have some model kits on sale. It’s a lot of fun to browse through these stores and find the model I want.
(1) amiami
amiami always has some Gundam model kits on sale.
This store sometimes puts different Gundam kits on the shelves several times a day.
This store is located on the 4th floor of Radio Kaikan. And the store is about a 1 minute walk from JR Akihabara Station. Yellow Submarine and VOLKS are located on the same building.

This store sells parts for Gundam kits individually. Recommended for those who like kitbash.
This store is located on the 6th floor of Radio Kaikan. And the store is about a 1 minute walk from JR Akihabara Station. Yellow Submarine and amiami are located on the same building.

We can visit Gundam Base Tokyo, Life-sized Unicorn Gundam and Akihabara model shops in one day!
Gundam Base Tokyo and Akihabara are close to each other and can be reached in about 30 minutes by train. Next to the building where Gundam Base Tokyo is, there is also Life-sized Unicorn Gundam.
I sometimes go to Gundam Base Tokyo in the morning to see the Gundam model kits and Life-sized Unicorn Gundam, then go to Akihabara in the afternoon to see Gundam plastic model kits. I spend the whole day looking for Gundam plastic models. A very enjoyable experience. Recommended for those who like Gundam plastic models.
